The guardrails that cut across everything

Nearly every one was born from a real incident, not a precaution.
Double-confirmation gateNothing touches the OS itself without a second explicit yes, even after I have chosen.
Honest pushbackConcerns get voiced with a reason and an alternative before anything runs. I keep decision authority.
Never hard-deleteEverything leaves through DELETE_ prefixes and Trash Bin Staging. I empty at my discretion.
